Where your story becomes a direction. Once we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and talk through the day you are imagining. We will explore the architecture of your space, the people in the room, and the shifting textures and colors that stir your emotions. This is where we listen to what you love and begin weaving it into a cohesive botanical narrative.
A considered proposal built just for you. Drawing on our conversation, you will receive a bespoke design monograph — a thoughtful map detailing the color harmony, movement, and specific structural logic of your day, alongside the investment. Once everything feels perfectly aligned, a signed agreement and deposit will quietly reserve your date on our studio calendar.
All you do is arrive to a space transformed. In the days leading up to your wedding, we hand-select and care for the season's most breathtaking, expressive blooms. On the morning of, our team arrives at your venue, intentionally setting every branch, vine, and suspended installation in place. We take care of every physical detail, leaving you entirely free to simply exist within a living piece of art.
We recommend reaching out 9–12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season (May–October). For smaller, intimate celebrations we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just ask.
Absolutely. While we're based in the VA/DC/MD area, we regularly travel for weddings across the East Coast and beyond. Destination weddings are quoted on a case-by-case basis to account for travel, sourcing, and logistics.
Always. Our offerings are starting points, not fixed packages. Every wedding is different, and we'll work together to shape a floral plan that fits your vision, venue, guest count, and budget.
We work seasonally, which means the specific blooms depend on what's available at the time of your wedding. We'll guide you toward the most beautiful options for your season and color palette, but we never guarantee specific varieties — that's part of the beauty.
Yes. We have a curated collection of vessels, candle holders, and styling props that are included as part of your design plan. For specialty items, we'll work with our network of trusted rental partners.
We require a 50% non- refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. We're happy to discuss payment plans for larger celebrations.
